These Pieces reflect what I interpreted from listening to nature. Black paint allows me to concentrate on the texture to express the movement (music)in nature. The found rusty pieces reflect the solo part in the piece, folds represent the bass notes and the stitching is the melody holding the piece together.
 
All pieces are approximately 16" x 2".
Materials: Artist canvas, black house paint, cotton thread, and found rusty items.
